How can I pay the rental fee and deposit?
You can pay the rental fee and deposit in 2 ways: via bank transfer at the end of the online ordering process OR cash payment on delivery (COD) or transfer on delivery.
Why do I need to pay a deposit upfront?
The deposit allows us to offer our customers a high-quality service while protecting the bags from damage.The deposit encourages responsible handling of the rented bags. It raises awareness among customers of the value of the bags and helps to ensure that they are treated with care. This shows our customers that we take the quality of our bags and the satisfaction of our customers seriously.
The deposit allows us to keep rental prices fair while covering the costs of any damage.
The deposit is fully refundable, of course, as soon as the bag is returned in good condition.

To which locations the rental bags can be delivered to?
At the moment our service is only available in Ho Chi Minh City, therefore our bags can be delivered within Ho Chi Minh City.
How long is the delivery time?
We offer 24-hour delivery within Ho Chi Minh City! Daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, we can deliver your bag within 24 hours of your order.
If you need a delivery at a specific time, simply contact us at least 12 hours in advance and we will check availability.
How much is the delivery and pick-up?
We currently only offer our service in Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, we are limiting ourselves to deliveries and pickups within the city limits.
The costs for the one-time delivery and one-time pickup of the bag at the end of the rental period are charged a flat rate of 100,000 VND.
How can I return the bag?
Please make sure to return on or before your rental end date, or you will be charged late fees in accordance with our policy.
Pack up your bag in the garment bag or box it came in, if there is any. Check if the security tags inside the bag are still undamaged.
We offer home pick-up. Please contact us under the e-mail address: …return@bagandme.com. Don’t forget to note in your order number. The pick-up address will be the address you have given for the delivery or a new address within Ho Chi Minh City. Schedule a pickup time for our staff to collect.
Our staff will collect the bag, check the bag and the security tags for damages. In case the bag and the security tags are intact and undamaged our staff will refund to you the paid deposit either via bank transfer or cash.
Can I ask for another pick-up location on the return of the bag?
Your delivery address is stored in our database once you create an account with us and rent bags. If you want the rented bag to be picked up by our driver from a different address, please contact us and inform us 12 hours before the deadline so that a smooth pick-up is possible.
How can I get back my deposit?
Once you have scheduled a pick-up time and the pick-up location by contacting us under the e-mail address: …return@bagandme.com, our staff will meet you to collect the bag. Our staff will check the bag and the security tags for damages. In case the bag and the security tags are undamaged, our staff will refund to you the deposit either bank transfer or cash.
What if I lose or damage a bag during the rental?
We thoroughly clean every single bag after each rental and treat it with care so that future customers can continue to benefit from the best-preserved bags and shine with them. So please be careful with the bag and treat it like your own.
Minor mishaps and general wear and tear can happen during the usage. Those can’t be avoided. In term of significant damage, lost pieces and theft we will keep the deposit and you will be charged up to the retail price plus tax for the item.
Can I extend the rental time?
Sure, you can extend the rental time of the bag you like. Just contact us on …@bagandme.com and let us know. We will check the availability and extend it for you as you prefer.
Can I rent multiple bags at the same time?
You can rent as many bags as you wish, as long as they are available on our shop. Put the bags into the cart and complete the ordering process. It’s also possible that you can rent different bags under different rental options.
For every bag, the deposit and rental fee amount will be shown in the shopping cart.
Why is my bag not available for rent?
Since our bags are available in limited quantities, it is naturally possible that some of them have already been rented to other customers. The rented bags will be available again as soon as they are returned by the other customer. To inquire about the availability of specific bags, please contact our team at the following email address: …@bemybag.com. We recommend that you reserve your bag in advance to avoid disappointment.
What if I missed the rental deadline?
If you forget to return the rented bag by the deadline, we will charge a fee of 1,000,000 VND/day. The amount of the fee will be calculated based on the number of days overdue. We will deduct the amount directly from the paid deposit. If the deposit is less than the amount of the fee, we will issue you an invoice for the remaining amount. You can pay the remaining amount either by bank transfer or in cash when you return the bag.
How can I get informed about the new arrivals?
To be informed about the new bag arrivals, you can subscribe to our newsletter, check our official website and also our social platforms like Instagram and facebook.
How do I know the bag is authentic?
Our bags are 100% authentic and have been imported from abroad. We do not purchase counterfeit bags. All bags in our range come with original receipts. Bag lovers will recognize the high quality of branded bags. Some international brands incorporate specific serial numbers into tags inside their bags.
Can I remove the security tags?
The security stickers inside the bag must not be removed for the entire rental period.
The security stickers are used to track the bag and prevent theft. The stickers are also used to ensure that the bag is returned in good condition.
These highly sensitive security stickers can be damaged if any attempt is made to remove them and cannot be reused once removed. If the security stickers are damaged or removed, we will retain the full amount of the deposit and charge additional fees corresponding to the purchase value of the bag including taxes and service charges. This additional fee must be paid by bank transfer or in cash when the bag is returned.
